Dear congregants, this is the time of the year that we order Yahrzeit plates for the memorial board located in the Roth Sanctuary for loved ones. If this is an honor you would like to bestow on your departed loved one please, fill out this form and turn this in to the office. Plates are $200 each. To receive the plate for Rosh Hashana (September 9-11), Yom Kippur (September 18-19) and Shemini Atzeret please turn in your completed order form and payment by July 13, 2018.
