Sisterhood Closing Event

NHS Sisterhood held its final event of the season on Sunday morning. After a brief Sisterhood Board meeting and refreshments, guest speaker Melanie Cedargren, owner of "The Spicy Olive", gave an informative and delicious demonstration on olive oil varieties and various levels of quality. She had on hand several flavors and varieties of olive oils, and she told us about health benefits of ingesting at least 2 tablespoons of olive oil daily.

After the program, many people tried some other flavored oils, which were also available for purchase. Melanie has even more varieties to try at her store.
