Rabbi Barnard gave his presentation after the lunch. He talked about four other religions
and how they relate to Judaism:
Hinduism, Buddhism, Islam and Christianity.

who later became known as the Buddha, is said to have attained enlightenment.
In Buddhism, the search for enlightenment can be attained by following "Four Noble Truths":
1. Life is suffering.
2. Suffering is caused by desire.
3. Suffering ends when desire ends.
4. The Eight-fold Path is the way to end desire and find enlightenment.
