AN EVENING OF MUCH NEEDED LAUGHTER

Everyone is invited to join NHS for an evening of fun and laughter on Sunday, June 13 at 7:00 PM!

First Bob will speak on The Spirtuality of Laughter: A Jewish Look at the Holiness of Humor. He will explore humor in ancient and modern Jewish tradition, and consider why laughter has been such an integral part of Jewish culture. He will examine:

• Why are Jews so funny?!
  
  
• The psychological, physical, and spiritual value of clean, unhurtful comedy
  
  
• Humor as coping mechanism in times of transition, celebration and stress
  
  
• Laughter as a critical role in tikkun olam
  
  
• A special focus on Bob's Laugh-in Peace Tour with Christian and Muslim comedians

But there is more! Bob will also entertain us with a stand-up performance that will have us rolling in the aisles, or next to our computers. Prepare for a side-splitting time!
