PASSOVER SCHEDULE 2021/5781

It is traditional to sign a legal document selling all hametz in your possession before the first day of Passover. Rabbi Ferro will perform this service for you.

Download this SALE OF HAMETZ FORM,
fill it out and return it to the office.

Beginning with our Yom Tov services for Passover 5781 (Sunday, March 28 and thereafter), we are easing attendance restrictions for in-person services, especially for any individuals who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. At present, all attendees will still be required to wear masks and practice social distancing.

If you're planning to attend services on any of these dates, please contact Rabbi Ferro (rabbi@nhs-cba.org, 513-274-9668) or Rabbi Azriel (admin@nhs-cba.org, 513-931-6038) so that we can manage the "guest list" as well as honors and duties for the service.

These services will also still be available virtually with the NHS Zoom Link ( CLICK HERE ) and streaming to our Youtube channel ( CLICK HERE ).

Fast of the First Born

Join Northern Hills Synagogue on Thursday morning for morning minyan beginning at 8:00 AM that will be followed by a siyum as we complete the study of Tractate Pesahim! Our brief study session on the development of Seder practices will be followed by an equally brief Seudat Mitzvah (which means, if you're the first-born, you don't have to fast in observance of Ta'anit Bechorot!)

WHAT IS A SIYUM?
A siyum (סיום‎) is the completion of any unit of Torah study and is usually followed by a celebratory meal in honor of a mitzvah.
